RLY series oil-fired hot air furnace

The RLY series oil-fired hot air furnace uses oil that is burned through a burner to produce high-temperature gases. With the aid of a hot air furnace equipped with enhanced heat exchange measures, the heat from the high-temperature gases is conducted to the air being heated. After the high-temperature gases release their heat, they are reduced in temperature to 250℃ and then discharged into the atmosphere. The air requiring heating is forcefully drawn into the hot air furnace through an optional blower, absorbs heat, and after reaching the rated temperature, is expelled from the hot air outlet.

    Working Principle

The fuel is burned through the burner to produce high-temperature gases. With the aid of a hot air furnace equipped with enhanced heat exchange measures, the heat from the high-temperature gases is conducted to the air being heated. After the high-temperature gases release their heat, they are reduced in temperature to 250℃ and then discharged into the atmosphere. The air that needs heating is forcefully drawn into the hot air furnace through an optional blower, absorbs heat, and after reaching the rated temperature, is expelled from the hot air outlet. When the hot air temperature reaches the upper limit of the rated temperature, the burner will automatically stop burning or automatically switch to a small flame burning. When the hot air temperature drops to the lower limit of the rated temperature, the burner will reignite or switch to a larger flame burning. The rate of temperature increase can be achieved by adjusting the opening of the air intake valve.
