Stainless steel mixing tank

This series of containers is suitable for concentration and extraction processes in the pharmaceutical and food industries. 

◆ The tank can be equipped with a jacket to achieve heating and cooling functions. 

◆ The head (conical) is spun-formed to meet GMP standards. 

◆ The agitator uses a hygienic mechanical seal, and the container's insulation layer is made of polyurethane or pearl cotton. 

◆ The interfaces adopt internationally standardized quick-opening clamp connections, which are convenient for operation and ensure hygiene. 

◆ The folded edges are spun-formed, with the inner surface electrolytically mirror-polished and the outer surface available for polishing, sandblasting, matte finishing, or cold-rolled original color matte treatment in various ways, showcasing the container's excellent quality. 

◆ The equipment is also equipped with facilities such as breathing holes, CIP cleaning spray devices, and quick-opening manholes with mirror-flanged covers.

Selection instruction

◆ According to different storage capacity and raw material characteristics, select the corresponding storage tank with a capacity of 1,000 liters to 15,000 liters. For storage tanks with a capacity of more than 20,000 liters, outdoor storage is recommended.

◆ According to different raw material characteristics and corrosion requirements, SUS304, 316L or other special materials are usually used.

◆ According to the usage requirements of the storage tank, the following components can be added:  mixer, inlet (outlet), manhole, thermometer, liquid level indicator, high and low liquid level alarm holes, fly-proof and dust-proof breathing holes, measuring devices, etc.
