ZPG vacuum harrow dryer

Working principle

This machine is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet materials are evaporated through conduction, and a scraper stirrer is equipped to continuously remove the materials on the hot surface and move them inside the container to form a circulating flow. After the water evaporates, it is pumped out by a vacuum pump.

Performance characteristics

◆ This machine adopts a large-area interlayer heating method, featuring a large heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency. 

◆ A stirring device is equipped inside the machine to form continuous circulation of materials within the cylinder, further improving the uniformity of material heating. 

◆ The machine is equipped with a stirring mixing system, which can simultaneously achieve mixing and drying of pastes, pasty materials and similar substances.

Adapt to materials

Drying of the following raw materials used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical engineering: 

◆ Suitable for paste like, paste like, and powdery materials;

◆ Thermally sensitive materials that require low-temperature drying;

◆ Materials that are prone to oxidation, explosion, strong irritation, and high toxicity;

◆ Require the recycling of materials containing organic solvents.
