EYH series two-dimensional motion mixer

Working principle

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of a charging drum, a roller, a swing frame, a frame and other parts. The drum is supported by four rollers on two rotating axes, installed on the entire swing frame, and axially positioned by two (or four) positioning wheels. Among the two rotating shafts, the transmission wheel is driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is supported on the frame through bearings, and the swing frame is driven by a set of crank-link swing mechanisms installed on the frame. The rotation and swing of the drum are controlled by two sets of power systems respectively, which are simple to operate and easy to use.

Structural features

● Two movements are performed at the same time, one is the rotation of the cylinder, and the other is the swing of the cylinder with the swing frame. The material rotates and tumbles in the barrel, and at the same time, it moves forward and backward with the swing frame. Under the combined action of the two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short time. 
● The rotation and swing of the cylinder are controlled separately, which makes discharging materials convenient, easy to operate and easy to use.
● Suitable for powdery and granular materials with large mixing volume, especially suitable for mixing large tonnage (1000L-20000L) solid phase materials.
